After decades of working with oyster growers in Eastern and South Eastern Massachusetts, Scott moved West (happily, thanks to his western MA born and raised better half!). Unable to find a consistent supply of the high quality oysters that he knew were only a couple of hours away, he started bringing oysters west for friends and family. ...as they say, the rest is history.
